Collection Policy

Whilst we are very happy for customers to collect from our trading unit we would ask them to place their orders online, or phone and pay in advance..

Europe 

Brexit changes for customers within the EU from the 1st January 2021.

Previously we have not charged UK VAT if you were a business with a VAT number, but we did charge VAT if you didn’t have a VAT number.

In future there will be no extra tariffs, so the goods will cost no more, but you will simply need to pay your local VAT/customs charge before you receive your order. We understand that you will receive an email once your order has entered your country asking you to pay the charge which is applicable, which will usually have a link to an online payment system.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery.
